Welcome to Jeffrey’s ePortfolio for the PR Stream in Communication at TRU! This e-portfolio is an example of a public relations media kit and communication plan. Jeffrey has used the knowledge he has gained through his media relations class to prepare information for a presentation from the North Coast Cetacean Society.

About the Author:
Jeffrey Hanson was born and raised in Kamloops, Canada. He spent the last 16 years living in Asia and eventually settling in China. He is currently studying Communications at the Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia. He has published several articles in the expat-centred magazines, TheBeijinger and That’s Beijing. Fluent in Chinese, he maintains a popular Weibo blog on the life of an expatriate living in China. He can usually be found coordinating a street hockey game with the locals in his housing complex on weekends. After weekend games, he tries to make the long journey from Shunyi to Wangfujing to enjoy a double-double coffee with some Tim Bits at the newly opened Tim Hortons.
